What if my order arrived damaged?Updated a month ago
First, don’t worry — you’re covered
All orders are backed by our 30-Day Customer Happiness Guarantee. If your cactus arrives in poor condition, we’ll work with you to replace or refund it.
What’s normal in transit
Loose soil or a few broken spines: Cosmetic and will not harm the plant.
Minor bruising or scarring: Heals over time as the cactus grows.
Slight wrinkling/dryness: Normal after travel; cactus will plump up after a few days.
When it’s a real problem
Soft, mushy, or black tissue (signs of rot).
Broken sections that can’t be replanted.
Severe drying or collapse.
Freezing or heat damage where the plant doesn’t recover.
What to do
Take clear photos of the plant, packaging, and shipping label.
Email us at [email protected] within 48 hours with your order number and photos.
We’ll review and provide a replacement or refund.
Bonus tip
If a healthy section of your cactus has broken off, you can often propagate it:
Let the piece dry in a shaded spot for 7–14 days until the cut end callouses.
Plant in well-draining soil, water sparingly, and it will root.
