Track your order and delivery ETAUpdated a month ago

How to track your order

  • As soon as you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email from us.

  • In that email, click “Track My Order” to open your personal tracking page.

  • This page updates in real time as UPS scans your package.


What to expect

  • First scan: It may take 12–24 hours after your label is created for tracking to update.

  • In transit: The page will show updates each time UPS scans your package.

  • Delivery day: You’ll see an estimated delivery window once your package is out for delivery.


Troubleshooting

  • Didn’t get a confirmation email?
    Check your spam or junk folder for an email from Cactus Warehouse.

  • Tracking hasn’t moved?
    If there’s no new scan after 48 hours, reply to your order email with your order number and ZIP code so we can check with UPS.

  • Tracking says “Delivered” but no package?
    First, check around your property, with neighbors, or building staff. If it’s still missing, contact us right away.
