How to track your order
As soon as you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email from us.
In that email, click “Track My Order” to open your personal tracking page.
This page updates in real time as UPS scans your package.
What to expect
First scan: It may take 12–24 hours after your label is created for tracking to update.
In transit: The page will show updates each time UPS scans your package.
Delivery day: You’ll see an estimated delivery window once your package is out for delivery.
Troubleshooting
Didn’t get a confirmation email?
Check your spam or junk folder for an email from Cactus Warehouse.Tracking hasn’t moved?
If there’s no new scan after 48 hours, reply to your order email with your order number and ZIP code so we can check with UPS.Tracking says “Delivered” but no package?
First, check around your property, with neighbors, or building staff. If it’s still missing, contact us right away.
