Can I return a cactus?

Because cacti are perishable, we don’t accept standard returns for healthy plants. Once a cactus leaves our nursery, it cannot be sent back through the mail without risking further damage.


When returns are allowed

We will replace or refund if:

  • Your cactus arrives damaged beyond normal shipping wear.

  • You received the wrong item.

  • There is an issue covered by our 30-Day Customer Happiness Guarantee.


How to request help

  1. Take clear photos of the plant, packaging, and shipping label.

  2. Email us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery.

  3. Include your order number and a description of the issue.

We’ll review your case and arrange either a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
