How to request a later shipping date

  • At checkout: Add a note to your order with the date you’d like your cactus shipped.

  • After checkout: If you already placed your order, reply to your confirmation email (or email us at [email protected]) with your order number and the date you’d like us to ship.


What happens next

  • We’ll adjust your shipping date so your cactus arrives after your requested time.

  • You’ll receive your tracking email once the order is released and handed to UPS.


Things to know

  • Shipping holds work best for vacations or short scheduling needs (usually up to 2–3 weeks).

  • We may suggest adjustments if there are extreme weather conditions at your location.
