When refunds are issued

• Once we approve your refund request (for damaged items, wrong items, or cancellations before shipping), we’ll process it within 2–3 business days.

• Refunds are sent back to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

How long banks take

• Most banks and credit card companies take 5–10 business days to post the funds to your account.

• PayPal and Shop Pay may post refunds faster, often within 1–3 business days.

What to do if you don’t see your refund

• First, check with your bank or credit card provider. Sometimes refunds appear as a reversal instead of a new transaction.

• If it’s been more than 10 business days and you still don’t see the refund, reply to your confirmation email or contact us at [email protected] with your order number.
