When refunds are issued
Once we approve your refund request (for damaged items, wrong items, or cancellations before shipping), we’ll process it within 2–3 business days.
Refunds are sent back to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
How long banks take
Most banks and credit card companies take 5–10 business days to post the funds to your account.
PayPal and Shop Pay may post refunds faster, often within 1–3 business days.
What to do if you don’t see your refund
First, check with your bank or credit card provider. Sometimes refunds appear as a reversal instead of a new transaction.
If it’s been more than 10 business days and you still don’t see the refund, reply to your confirmation email or contact us at [email protected] with your order number.
