When your order ships

• Most orders leave our nursery within 2–3 business days.

• During peak seasons or extreme weather, shipping may take a little longer.

• You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link as soon as your label is created.

Why processing time matters

Every order is hand-packed to keep your cactus safe:

• Plants are inspected and carefully wrapped for secure shipping.

• Orders may be held briefly during heatwaves or cold snaps to protect live plants.

• Large or oversized plants may take an extra day to prepare.

Need delivery on a specific date?

• At checkout, you can add a note to your order with your preferred shipping timing.

• Or, after ordering, email us with your order number and the date you’d like us to ship.

• We’ll do our best to adjust the shipping date to fit your needs.
