Lost, missing, or stolen packageUpdated a month ago
First steps
Check your tracking page: Confirm that the status shows “Delivered.”
Look around your property: Packages may be left at a side door, garage, porch, or mailbox.
Ask neighbors or building staff: Sometimes carriers leave boxes with a neighbor or leasing office.
Wait a little longer: Carriers occasionally mark packages “Delivered” a few hours before actual drop-off.
Still can’t find it?
If it’s been more than 24 hours since the “Delivered” scan and you still don’t have your package:
Reply to your order confirmation email with your order number and ZIP code.
Include any details that might help (example: “Checked with leasing office, not there”).
We’ll open a case with UPS and keep you updated.
If your package is stolen
File a report with your local authorities and let us know.
Depending on the situation and order value, we may be able to reship or refund after the carrier finishes their investigation.
Tips to prevent issues
Use a shipping address where someone is available to receive the package.
Track your order with the link in your confirmation email so you know when it’s out for delivery.
Consider shipping to a work address or trusted friend if you won’t be home.
