Can I cancel my order?
Yes—orders can be cancelled only if they haven’t shipped yet.
Because we ship quickly, it’s important to reach out as soon as possible.
How to request a cancellation
Reply to your order confirmation email with the subject line: “CANCEL ORDER ”. Or Send us an Email at: [email protected]
We’ll confirm if the order can be stopped before it leaves our nursery.
If it hasn’t shipped, we’ll cancel it and issue a full refund.
If your order has already shipped
Once a package is with UPS, it can’t be cancelled.
If you no longer want your order, you can:
• Refuse delivery, so it returns to us.
• Or accept the package and reach out if there are any issues (see our Returns & Refunds section).
Refunds
If we successfully cancel your order, your refund will be processed within 2–3 business days.
Your bank may take an additional 5–10 business days to post the funds.
