Can I edit or add anything to my order?Updated 3 months ago

We understand that sometimes things change right after placing an order — no problem!

If your order hasn't shipped yet, we may still be able to update your shipping address or other order info. Here's what to do:

To request a change:

  1. Email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Order Update Request."

  2. Include your order number and clearly explain the change you'd like to make.

Once we receive your request, our team will take a look. If the order is still in the unfulfilled stage, we’ll do our best to catch it in time.

What to expect:

  • You'll get an email in a few hours confirming whether or not the change was made.

  • If the order has already shipped, we won’t be able to change anything — but you can return it once it arrives, as long as it's in original condition.
