Card declined

  • Double-check that your billing address, card number, and CVV are entered correctly.

  • Try another card or payment method (Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay).

  • If it continues, contact your bank — sometimes they block unusual online transactions.


Duplicate pending charge

  • Occasionally banks show a second pending charge when you place an order.

  • These usually clear automatically within 3–5 business days.

  • If a duplicate charge remains after 5+ days, contact your bank and let us know.


PayPal or Shop Pay issues

  • Make sure your account is verified and linked to a valid funding source.

  • If your payment fails, try checking out again or using another method.
