Card declined
Double-check that your billing address, card number, and CVV are entered correctly.
Try another card or payment method (Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay).
If it continues, contact your bank — sometimes they block unusual online transactions.
Duplicate pending charge
Occasionally banks show a second pending charge when you place an order.
These usually clear automatically within 3–5 business days.
If a duplicate charge remains after 5+ days, contact your bank and let us know.
PayPal or Shop Pay issues
Make sure your account is verified and linked to a valid funding source.
If your payment fails, try checking out again or using another method.
